Offered no help. Bait and switch. They will increase your rates with no explanation. Their operators all will tell you different things and none of them know what they're talking about. You'll be put on hold every few minutes and never receive any answers. Go will anyone but them

I had to get an attorney ... I filed a claimed demanded for them to honor... served the company paper's... got a court date and they settled and cut me a check for $26,000 ... Don't waste your time going back and forth with this company ... Just go the legal route.

I was hit by one of their policy holders and after getting a lawyer and a settlement offer they are refusing to pay out. It has been close to 3 years and i still do not have payment it has caused emotional distress and anxiety and i would love to sue them
