THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY IS A SCAM!
- Order something from their website
- A month or two later a package from china arrives which contains $3 worth of random bits of wood and random items.
- You ask for a refund or replacement
- The company wont issue a refund or replacement unless you send the original package back
- Posting $3 worth of crap back to china costs nearly $50, which is more than the original purchase of the item never received.
- They know you wont post it back so they end up keeping your money.
The company also goes by Henan Sizhe Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.

Ordered 2 deluxe Diagon Alley book nooks for $55. Received 2 plain wooden book ends that I could have gotten at Goodwill for $ 0.50!
Saw the sellers advertisement on Instagram
The product was supposed to be shipped from a USA location.
When I asked for a refund/replacement with the product that I ordered, I was informed that I would have to ship the product back to China at my own cost and then pay for the shipping of the correct product back to me.
I informed the vendor that I was unsatisfied with this arrangement and now they will not respond back to my emails.

I had the exact same issue! I believe they copied photos of the book nook from another website.
I bought it through PayPal, and the only resolution was to return it to China at my own expense. Take it or leave it.
It’s a lot cheaper for them to mail things to us. This small item was going to cost almost $30
