Es una compania que no cumple con las reservas que ellos mismos generan con tal de no reembolsar..

el servicio de traslado de aeropuerto barajas madrid no fue prestado el 2 de septiembre a las 3 p.m. cambié en la aplicación la hora de recogida a las 3:00 p.m.

mismo vuelo
y mi reserva fue cambiada por civitatis oficialmente (me envió la nueva reserva adjunta), pero el proveedor local en madrid no apareció a esa hora.

llamé al número de atención que viene en la forma (imagen de llamada); y ellos me dijeron que no fueron notificados por parte de civitatis, pero yo sí fui notificado del cambio y que no tenían unidades disponibles
se presentaron a la hora anterior y tuve que estar de intermediario, pues no le habían notificado el cambio (mensajería con chófer)
el cambio se debió a torcedura en mi tobillo, disminución de mi movilidad en aeropuerto, tiempo de paso en inmigración, recogida de equipaje con gran cantidad de maletas, etc. y alojamiento
ahora la compañía dice que no procede, lo cual se me hace absurdo si ellos confirmaron el cambio y según el proveedor local no le notificaron y lo comprueba con la mensajería del whatsapp que se adjunta.

This company is an scam . They cancelled my reservation for San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

I asked for a refund .they never responded. I emailed them several times , nothing . I called a telephone number they have I Spain. They never answered.

finally I had to dispute the charges with Capital One, my credit card. They will deal with the criminals of Civitatis to get my money back.

Company uses drivers/ car service with unexperienced drivers who hit other properties (they hit parked cars) , Notice the accident and step out of their vehicle to examine damage and then refuse to report it( Hit and run) ignoring the fact that there are security Cameras that monitor everything.

So Far no one contacted me to discuss any peaceful resolution...accident happened on Wed. Nov. 6th at 7:23PM in front of 3 Mitchell Pl , NYC ny 10017 Beekman tower hotel

For your own Safety ...please do not use their transportation or their dis-honest drivers

They denied our claim. Absurd.

Our plane was delayed by 2 hours from Philadelphia, which the driver and company would have been aware of hours in advance due to the notification through the flight status. Through no fault of ours, we arrived at the airport to find that the driver had left, forcing us to take a cab.

Please reissue the money back to our credit card immediately. I have been working on this for 3 hours now. We had no control over the circumstances. The company providing the service was aware the flight was delayed and should have been able to calculate the time of the delay.

This includes the time taken to collect our luggage and arrange for another driver. I've tried to contact them, but they refuse to cooperate without hearing from you first. We were in no position to make contact while on the plane.

Accident related with reservation # 197****

Upon the arrival of a van with passengers related to reservation #197****, the driver hit a parked vehicle in front of the hotel and noticed, then stepped out of the vehicle to verify the damage. Then he proceeded to drop off the passengers, who are clients of the Beekman hotel, around the corner, away from the hotel entrance. This is a legal matter.
