I can’t believe just to call and talk to a customer service. It charges a dollar.
Your 10% offer is a joke because when I went to check out, it didn't even let me apply it. I absolutely love Meladerm, but I'm just disappointed with the website and the Customer Service.

Product didn't arrive
I purchased Meladerm on Aug. 27/23.
I am a Canadian citizen and paid $90.60 CDN. According to the tracking system, the product arrived in Toronto, ON, Canada on Sept. 5/23 from Chicago IL and was returned to Chicago IL on Sept. 6/23.
YOU HAVE MY CORRECT ADDRESS!
I have called and emailed Civant with no response.
I would like a refund. I am a senior on a pension and cant afford to waste money.

Didn't receive product and had to pester them for a refund
As many of you know, no one answers the phones at Civant so I sent 2 emails and communicated through your website. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Protection.
I advised Civant in my 2nd email that I had done so. I promptly received a response and refund today.

My tracking keeps saying still in Cincinatti two months later for one order and one moth later for another what is your problem.Can i get a refund please.

Meladerm Is Only For Epidermal Pigmentation
I purchase this product with the hope's of one day being clear free of Dark spots on my face. I read all the questions & answer's that they do list on there site if I had any concerns with the product.
See my problem is that they didn't list the obvious about this product it should list on their home page Meladerm is only for customers who suffers from epidermal pigmentation's. Am so fed up with companies that with hold in-formations because they want us the customer to purchase there product's. It not worth $50 plus shipping & handling I wish I would have know better. I don't have money too see an dermatologist i wish i did.
so if you or who ever you no wishes or want to purchase this product don't purchase this product with out seeing a dermatologist first you will thank me later.
You may or may not have the required pigmentation's this product will fade away. Am Very very disappointed

Sorry it did not work for you! I've been thinking about buying and seems like it works for some people and not for others.
I've been talking with some of the people on the company's facebook site and they have convinced me it worked for them.
I really doubt all the reviews are fake since its so easy to talk to the people directly on facebook. But I'm also concerned because it's clear that for some people it doesnt help.
I began searching the web for information on Meladerm, and the more I read the more clear it became that Meladerm is the biggest SCAM on the internet. All their "customer reviews" are false and are produced by Civant itself.
I have never ever seen such a corrupt and misleading company.
Steer away from Civant and Meladerm. It just can't be good when all the reviewers are false.
