Fraud with tickets purchased

Purchase was made 2 days before the event. Never received the email but did receive an email promoting another event.

Strange because when I called them and spoke to the agent, it was a chat, they asked me questions to verify. Luckily I took a photo of the Order number they said there was no order with that number the email was invalid and so was my zip code for the credit card I used called my credid card company and had the chagre disputed
