My wife was at the bus stop 10 min till seven. The bus was suppose to be at between 7:02 and 7:07.
This is the University bus. It pass my wife right by. This was at night. I thought my wife said the bus almost ran her over while she was walking across to get to the bus stop but I miss understood her.
It was another lady crossing the street. My wife already been standing there since ten till. My thing is the bus should of not came ten minute before it time. He said he did not see her standing there.
City link should have lights at bus stops where they are blind to see passenger at night. There was no excuse for that bus driver to even say he could not see my wife. First of all he came to early. Second of all you should always slow down at any bus stop, even at night when u can not see.
It is common sense. Which they do not have. They are to busy looking out for themselves so they can make themselves look good about being on time or have early break for themselves. My wife has congestive heart failure.
It is not fair for her to have to keep waiting for a bus that comes to early or say they did not see her. I complain to customer service. Which I had my story wrong cause I miss understood my wife. I called back and told them I was wrong about my story.
I thought my wife said she almost got ran over while going to the bus stop but it was another lady. My wife was already there waiting for the bus to come. I called back to customer service and talk to another lady and told her my story was wrong and told her what happen cause I did not want the bus driver to get a compliant on him about almost running my wife over when that was not the case. It was about, coming to early and not slowing down to look to see if someone was at the bus stop.
He came early, he had plenty of time to slow down and look. Beside that the first customer service lady was rude but I was upset because I thought my wife got almost ran over. But she was not good at her job more sassy talking. Just because I had my information wrong does not give her the right to say it is okay the driver can be ten minutes early without slowing down to look or be on the bus on time not walking towards it.
She could of been right about the statement but she was rude saying it. Regardless of that he came way to early and even if someone was crossing the street to go to the bus stop or not. He did not almost hit my wife he almost hit the lady running to the bus stop. Imagine if he would of hit her coming to his route early.
Imagine that. With that being said. The only one wins is City Link. U guys always justify your wrong doing.

I have seen bad things happen to good people on the bus or been told bad things about City link but never nothing hardly gets done. Cause u seem to always be in the right for some reason.
