Outdated Business Directory - Sends Customers to Wrong Address
- - CityDirect.info shows outdated listings.
- - The LLC name is shown as the personal name.
- - The address and email are wrong; removal is requested.
They created a series of online directories: CityDirect.info due to their failure to update or correct outdated and incorrect business information, despite multiple requests. Their listings continue to misrepresent my business, which is having a negative impact on both our professional image and SEO efforts.
Specifically, they are: Listing my personal name as the name of my LLC. Publishing an incorrect business address, which is directing clients to the wrong location. Publishing incorrect email address. Presenting a "Contact" form that does not send the leads to our business.
While our phone number and website are correct, the issues with the business name and address are damaging our reputation and search engine visibility. I have made numerous attempts to have this information updated or removed, but the online directory has not responded or taken any action. It is clear that they are either unwilling or unable to correct the listings. As a result, I am requesting that the incorrect listings be completely removed.
