Poor Customer Service

I have been waiting to move into the City West property in Cincinnati Ohio for 3 months. I gave them a deposit. The office team does a poor job in processing and getting the maintenance team to get a unit clean. They have been making up lies and excuses about the unit being ready. It has failed the housing authority inspection twice. I one point the maintenance man was told the inspector not to waste his time inspecting, cause it's not ready. They are not honest people. The day I was told I will get my key other issues came up with the gas. When Duke energy came out to turn on gas, they discovered a leak. And now I'm told that the paperwork the community director was suppose to do have not been done and all they can say is "I don't know" that's all the response I've been getting. It's has been very stressful and fustrating.
