1. paid online but no or unclear prompt to call CWLP so work order to be entered in order to restore power.
Recommend adding/clarifying prompt to notify CWLP that payment made online.
2. Disconnect on Fridays, creates urgency since limited time offices closed on Sat-Sun.
Recommend disconnects be Mon-Thur.
On-call sat staff was very helpful.
