Answers to car issues
- - City Volkswagen charged for service without proving it fixed the issue.
- - The same repair occurred 9 times; one dealer said the other didn't do it.
City Volkswagen wanted to charge me for service that i don't believe they checked to see if it was the cause of the issue. I took the CC to another shop and they said that it hadn't been looked at yet.
So my car has been repaired for the same issue 9 times. One of the times one dealership said the other dealership didn't even do the job and charged then for it. I've been scamed from the day i left with this piece of crab car. That was sitting in the shop before i bought it.
They knew it was a lemon. I brought it back 3 days later, and then 9 more times, the owner of the dealership made a million promises. Now, i'm stock with a car that can't move. Worth nothing, and i owe 13k for what!!
This is unreal!! A true Lemon Law. Take this car and bring my daughter a new car! It's unfair.
She's just lost her twins, she lost her car, and is forced to make payments. Please help!
