Ticket rebook
- - Ticket issued July 6; it was unused.
- - Rebookings for July 13 and 20 failed due to hindrances in Dubai; the July 30 ticket is suspended.
The first ticket was issued on the 6th of July but he wasn't able to meet up with the ticket, he later rebooked for 13 and 20th which he was not able to meet up with again as a result of some hindrances in Dubai..but when he wanted to rebook again for 30th he was told the ticket has been suspended ...pls can you help rebook the ticket?

Didn't deliver airline tickets
- - Bought two tickets from City Travel and Tours, Chicago; airline would not honor due to non-payment; fraud noted by airline; agent was unreachable.
The reason for this complaint is we purchased two airline tickets from an agent from City Travel and Tours located at 6223 N California Ave. Chicago IL 60659.
However, those tickets weren't valid. The airline refused to accept the tickets because City Travel and Tours never made the payment to the airline. The airline notified us on 3/31/2009 that these tickets were fraudulent and this travel agent has committed fraud with over 150 other individuals.
We have tried contacting the travel agent a number of times and also made a trip out their office but weren't able to reach them.
When placing phone calls we received an answering machine stating they're out of town until March 31, 2009 and when going to the business, the business was closed. We initially came to know about this business though a news paper ad.
