1200 Market St, room 425, St Louis MO 63103: On 1-30-20 building inspector Tim Williamson did a apt Inspection in 6300 of Arsenal (see PHOTO, the box has three main Breakers on top left) Williamson was very abrasive, very disrespectful, very loud, said Taxpayers can't file more than one report with his office, was very sexist. Williamson said the City of St Louis Inspectors aren't concerned with excessive Breakers, neighbors stealing electricity, tampering of Breaker boxes, etc.
Told Taxpayer to hire a electrician. Williamson is a COMPLETE waste of Taxpayers money.

This city of St Louis Inspection dept is chaotic, at best. Christopher Schlumm keeps complaining about lack of manpower, SO WHY are taxpayers paying for this mess? Complaints are being cancelled without proper investigation. Schlumm treats females like he has no knowledge of MO Laws, he behaves like a lazy overpaid employee who hates his job.
Repeatedly, he blames all of the chaos on a different dept, the Citizens Service Bureau, when he's dodging questions.
