I couldn't believe it until it hapenned to me, everyone in this town seems to share the same opinion of this company "City of Homestead Utility Service "it's the worst company ever. Not only they take forever to put your service back on after the customer had paid for it, they for some reason have the slowest and rude representative of the entire city.
For sure they will give a hard time when you call regarding any issues you have with their *** utility serv. I can't wait to move outvof this town and get back FPL
