On February 24,2023 I entered a nail salon and was charged $30 for a fill on my nails. I was supposed to be charged $20.
The following day I returned to city nails for a refund and was charged the correct amount $20, the owner reassured me the$30 will be returned in a few days.
I waited and no refund was granted. I called the establishment demanding to speak to the owner, he denied ever speaking with me about the matter.
