BEWARE THEY ARE REOPENING UNDER A NEW NAME "CLOVE"
I wanted to post a photo of the mess I am left with after spending 470$ at this salon. Unsurprisingly they have blocked anyone from posting photos on their page,and after reading many other bad reviews I now know why.
I was supposed to have rose gold ombré and I also got a keratin treatment. After washing with the expensive products they insisted I purchased in order to "guarantee" the treatment my hair was left brittle and dry. I'm talking a good 4 inches of damage ! It's fried. They wanted me to sign a release form and pay to have it notarized in order to get a refund. Where is the logic in that?! I have to pay to get a refund ?! They would not budge on the issue and when I told the owner I would be going to the media with this she told me she will be printing out all of my reviews and showing her attorney and that it will come back to *** me! Sorry but I've already been bitten by a hair disaster , not much more you can do to me.
Not to mention they took back the product I returned and never gave me a refund because they refused to do 2 seperate refunds and wanted refund services and product together. So now almost 500$later I have fried hair and no product.
I will be contacting avedas corporate office next and the news.
I hope I save someone else from the emotional distress of having their hair ruined and then being treated like a problem.

Worst Salon EVER!!!
- - Jessica, who did my hair in April, wasn't in.
- - Gabby cut poorly and spent time on a hand massage.
- - Paid $30 and tried fixes at two other salons.
Went in for a trim, Jessica, who had done my haircut in April was not in, needed a trim for a job interview so I took their advice and went with Gabby, I think her name was....she was more interested in giving me a hand massage than cutting my hair! What a nightmare!!!
She not only messed up my hair, which I took so long in getting it to this length, took out a huge chunk of my hair! Try and get your money back, is another nightmare!! You must sign a General Release Form and YOU must get it notarized..another $12!!! Where's the customer service?
Went to two different salons to see if they could fix what I paid $30 for...!

It cost me $30.00!!! Try getting your money back....FORGET IT, I needed to have a General Release Form notarized!! I had to get it notarized, another $12!!
The so-called stylist took a huge chunk out of my hair....Im determined to get my money back!!!! All $42.00 worth, I'll become their worst nightmare!!!

Worst Hair Salon Ever - Your Hair Nightmares Realized

They state they offer precision haircuts. One thingowner "Connie" doesn't mention is that some of their stylists are not competent to do the simplest haircuts.
Their Aveda hair products also smell like dead plants and the odor takes a week to wash out completely. Their Complimentary stress relieving hand massage is likely for the Stress you'll encounter after getting the worst haircut ever. They don't even check if the bottom or sides are cut even. Texturizing a lot to hide their mistakes and plastering it with stinky Aveda products.
NEVER AGAIN! Be Warned. Manager & Owner Connie does not know the meaning of providing good customer service to her clients. She is very rude even after admitting the haircut was not acceptable to their so-called standards.
Which by the way is Very LOW STANDARD. Great Clips can do a better job any day.
I couldn't agree more about the horrific customer service. Not only that, they delete the negative reviews they get, which I assure you, there are numerous, then they have their staff write bogus positive reviews. If you don't want to leave this place with green hair, avoid like the plague!

I have a similar picture of my hair that I had to get cut because they ruined it! They also did not want to give me a dime or take any responsibility.
They are somehow able to alter their reviews and have things removed.
They even called the cops on me, who then told me it's not the first time. Good luck!
I say we pass out flyers with photos of what they did to our hair. I never received a refund , not even for the product that I brought back.
They are a bunch of lying thieves who should get shut down.

Most banks have notarys available without charging. Even if they do charge it is only $3-$5...
The point is I shouldn't have to pay a dime to get reimbursed for having my hair ruined. It's not ethical
