Have Not Provided Refund For Shoddy Service
I took my car to this place on July 26th, for an oil change and to get a radiator support cover replaced. This is the FIRST time I've ever gotten an oil change where they don't top off the fluids.
Then, the next day the radiator cover that they replaced came off while I was on the freeway. I took the car back, and they told me the rivets probably fell off. They "fixed" the cover, and it came off again two days later. When they offered to "fix" it again, I told them they could take it off and give me a refund, because it was clearly something they couldn't fix.
I took the car back so they could remove the cover, and was told that I would get a check in the mail in 7-10 days. Today is Day 17, and I still haven't gotten my money back.Don
