RE ; LOAN APPLICATION
- Submitted loan request Thursday at 11:30am; no reply by 4pm.
- Told app wasn’t submitted due to Easter; daily calls with long holds, no response.
I submitted a loan request last Thursday at approx 11.30am i sent the information through and i hadn't heard anything by 4pm so I rang only to be told that my application wasn't submitted and there was nothing that could be done then because of the Easter break. Since Easter I have been calling everyday to be kept on hold for hours and then when it finally gets to me it jumps back to longer in the queue or it asks me to leave a message and I do but nobody ever responds.
