I wanted to spend quality time with my niece who visited from college. Got us tickets with VIP package that came with priority boarding and few extra...

no priority boarding despite me asking, we waited in line in the cold despite me asking 3 different people, we were sat at the lowest level near the engine...3 so called managesr came, no one helped, our table was among the last to be ushered to the buffet with only half the already poor menu available. Each of them had something different to say, " oh you should have been at the top level"...no efforts were made to accommodate us. I have my screenshot and pictures. Why offer a VIP package if you can't deliver, keep a log??

It was not my first thxgiving cruise lunch and I wanted her to have a memorable experience.

$500 and 3 hours wasted. DC CITY CRUISE Never again!

I took friends on a brunch cruise in DC, and $157.00 was added to my bill without explanation. When I asked the manager on the ship about the charge, he could not help me.

Instead, he said he would give my email to the company and have them get back to me. But this never happened, and the company charged this extra money for fuel and admin fees. Why was this not included in the initial cost?

I am not a happy camper! They tell you the cost is $129 per person, but in actuality, it is $164 per person?
