Received incorrect size shoes

I ordered size 13 shoe received size 10 shoes

Was told I would receive order updates and confirmation order updates--never received any. When I ordered it stated I would.

Need paper to return these shoes and send correct size as ordered.

City Chic USA - Worst Customer Service EVER

I ordered a dress and received a bra. Apparently they mixed my order with another.

They refused to handle it in time and could not ship the dress by the date needed. Something about needing 24-72 hours to deal with my case.

They promised to call me back and never did! Ruined an important event because of their shoddy shipping habits!

Oder wrong cancel order

Please Put a Shipping Disclaimer

I placed a sizable order and reached out to get an ETA, I was told they were not sure although the money was out of my account right away. The representative checked and said it was in process phase.

I asked well can it be canceled since I will need everything by the weekend. I was told it passed the phase of cancellation. I asked were return shipping labels included. I was told no initially, however when I mentioned pissed customer, I was told labels would be included.

I am so annoyed. I shared timing disclaimer needs to be included.

All in limbo right now. Thanks Pissed Customer.

Purchased almost $500 worth of merchandise in two orders. I returned 3 items that did not work.

Happy with the other pieces. A MONTH LATER, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! IT SOUNDS LIKE ONLY 1 PERSON WORKS IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. BECAUSE EVERY TIME I CALL-IT'S HER!!!!

AND NOTHING GETS DONE!!! I WANT MY $300!!!!

I have now received the refund as of late last night on Sunday. I can only assume it is because I sent an email to their corporate office in Australia.
