Citrus Contracting

It seems Citrus Contracting LLC has a massive amount of complaints (see images attached) from consumers all over the state of Florida, but nobody seems to be doing anything about it. Checking Google, YELP, YP.com, and other nich roofing and construction directories all you mostly see are complaints against Citruscontracting so it's a wonder why nothing has been done about this yet.

From People being lied to, being swindled (overcharged) to insurance price gouging, installing incorrect products, and just flat-out horrible sales and customers experiences - you'd think the DBPR or the state or someone from these counties would address CitrusContracting LLC directly.

Working for this company myself I witnessed homeowners being blocked in by unplanned and removed dumpsters in their driveways, delayed roofing installs where the roofing crew just picked up and left without telling either the homeowner or even myself the sales rep leaving debris scattered throughout the yard causing tire flats, massive inconveniences to owners and more.

It seems their upper-managements primary focus is on revenue generation while holding a blind eye to production issues, angry homeowners, and more. I personally witnessed their inside "production department" (wich seemed like some teenagers) lying in the CRM and also to the sales and management department on steps taken, conversations had, and more.

Personally witnessing their roofing installs i can say they have little to no quality control overseeing these installs and when using 100% of outsourced subs that don't speak English this is a very dangerous practice.

My relationship was terminated with Citrus Contracting when some snotty "vp" of somewhere chimed into a clearly stated "observation/experience" i had and this termination was followed by them completely ignoring over $300,000 of roofing and restoration contracts i had personally signed up which would potentially lead to over $30,000 in paid sales commissions.

Not 1 email, or 1 exit interview or etc.

Seems almost too good to be true for the Citrus Contracting LLC side to fire reps after huge amounts of contracts had been brought in so they could keep 100% of the commissions they owe and etc.
