Reconnect complaint
Have had no water for a week
And was told when I paid off my bill (658.00) then they would be able to come next day to reconnect. Its Dec22,2023 Friday Xmas is Monday and your closed now hopefully it doesnt get freezing temperatures and pipes bust.
Now I understand your busy but I am having to wait until December 27,2023 to get my water turned back on!!!
No not even close to being a good business so since you think you cant hire more help to turn back on you had plenty of help when you came and turned off. So I think what I need to do and I am going to do is call channel 6 channel 8 in channel 1359 news stations and let them know how great of a Citizens Energy water company gas company you guys are not and all the people that you are making you without water at the most important holiday times so I hope youre happy because you sure didnt mind taking my $657 at Christmas time you didnt mind turning my water off at Christmas time and she didnt mind hire an extra help to take my money and turn my water off but you cant hire help to turn it back on to see how the Pedegree free exodus so thanks a lot for nothing !!!
Preferred solution: Reconnect water and others that are in the same situation. Have a little compassion for the little people that are. On disability and don’t have the means that they would need for this .
