Refund still not issued

I booked 2 rooms from 9/25-9/30. Due to false advertising, and multiple issues at the hotel we were forced to switch hotels.
I was to receive a full refund and only got a partial refund. This costed me double what I was planning to spend bc everything was booked due to the Steelers playing in Ireland. I paid $660.08 for one hotel and $2,378.50 for the other. I was refunded 1704.64 and $654.84.
Im still owed $679.10.
Due to the fact this happened almost a month ago you can probably sense my frustrations!!! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS!!!

Impossible to contact by phone to resolve an issue. Membership is a waste of money, the app doesnt work properly and am often locked out.
Staff unable to fix problems with app when youre staying so it never gets resolved.
Have been locked out of my room bc electronics werent working.
Eventually managed to persuade someone to come to room and was moved bc electrics are under bed. No compensation of any form.
Fire alarm test every Thursday morning at London Bankside so paying for membership for late checkout is pointless (Im epileptic so need this extra time).
Had emailed to say membership cancelled and yet the payment has just been taken from my bank?
All the reviews say you have the worst customer service; I wish Id seen it before I signed up for membership bc its a scam.

Nothing. I was unable to actually talk to a representative without a reservation number.
The questions I had did not require specific information about my reservation. A chat bot answered it after several attempts.
The inability to speak to a human, to ask a simple question was ridiculous. Every option required a reservation number, which i didn't have at the time.
I had a simple question about a membership purchase after reservations. Too much technology is *** poor customer service.
Dispute false charge.
I was charged for a room I never got. And I will be disputing it with my bank. As the lady at the front desk said, we needed to go look for this number, which is crazy!

- - Staff offered help but said they would take care of me; next time.
My wheelchair hit a bump in the floor, I fell out, bruises, black eye, broken rib ER once home. We were told "oh my,can we help you" I said maybe I should call a lawyer, then told no no we will take care of you.
I said I'm leaving tomorrow, told next time we will take care of you. It's a joke and stupid me believed them.

I stayed at this hotel in New York from 12.4-12.6 and paid $1800 for 3 nights. The check in process was great and so was the girl that checked me in.
The rest of the stay was not good. There was no hot water in the shower, the iPad dud not work and I had to call for a new remote. When I got the remote only tv worked still had a hard time turning on and off lights and room as a result was dark. Dim lighting not good for getting ready to go out.
No room service which means 3 days of piled up trash in very tiny garbage cans.
To top it off there were 2 false fire drills and we were in a top floor . This was not a good visit and especially at this outrageous price which I knew was high but would expect better service!

I believe CitizenM, Charles de Gaulle location might have my phone. I was also sent an email about some charges I don't understand because I was told my account was paid in full when I left. Therefore, I am trying to understand what charges we missed.
