When trying to get assistance to open an account with them,NO REPLY.& a rocky messaging with trying the update your details from a position of requiring their help

I applied for a replacement card by post.2 days later i got an email saying I didn't fill in 2 fundamental parts of the form.But if you reply to this email with your details you'll be back on track with us processing your application.Their email conversation was leading to end on a repetative finish
