I an the legal agent in a power of attorney my grandomother signed, the power of attorney was notarized, yet the legal depatment at citi does not accept it and wants yet another document stating my grandmother was of sound mind when she signed it...her signature is on the form along with two witnesses. I would like to understand why citi bank maintain unfair hidden charges. I m using a citi credit card. Out of 40,000 INR pending payment, i have paid 30,000 before the due date and remaining 10,000 a week later after the due date. Got a letter in the mail for 0% interest on balance transfers, convenience checks & regular purchases for 21 months. Figured what the heck my credit is a little over 700 & me and my fiancé make good money combined. I applied for this card & got approved for a lousy $900!! What are you going to do with that? I kept thinking I was missing something. This could not be for real. Sadly, I get it now...that this really is the worst rewards program I've ever seen. I hate that I have even had an account with Citibank. I've experienced all the same frustrations as everyone else has mentioned on here.

I had an issue I attempted to have resolved by a supervisor, Damarif, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told incredulous things by Damarif and no attempt was made to rectify my situation in any fashion. I asked to speak to another supervisor and she said no, and that I'd have to hang up and call back.

Citibank Account Review

My password failed and Citibank locked my account. I called customer service as I did 1.5 weeks prior to resolve the issue. I was met with deplorable customer service and a resolution that would take 2 days . I've been with city bank for 20 years and this may have been my last straw.

They are the worst!! We had a debit card scam-we lost lots of $$$$ and all CITIBANK can say is sorry. We have been long time customers-but not anymore. They made the decision (without even talking to us) that there isn't anything they can do. They don't even use or look at their video cameras. Don't use this bank ever!!!!

I have never had to deal with such incompetence trying to keep my account up to date. It has even been difficult to even make a payment which I think they want so they can charge you a late fee.
