I recently received my certificate for the CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials course. However, I noticed that my suffix is missing from the name on the certificate.
I have already updated my profile to include my full legal name with the suffix.
I would like to request an update and reprint of my certificate to reflect this correction.
Is there a way to have my certificate reissued with the updated name?
