Multiple issues
So I spent a ton of money at your Plainfield Ave Grand Rapids store, and I bought an outfit for Valentine's, and it didn't fit. I was devastated.
I was in the area but didn't have the outfit with me, but I stopped anyway to ask about the policy. With tags and receipt, it wouldn't be an issue. I came back a few days later, and a new employee was working and was unable to do exchanges. I came back 3 more times, and the same thing happened!
Then the 30 days were up. Please allow me to exchange this outfit?! It's not my fault that you guys don't allow new employees to do refunds or exchanges.
I don't have a car at the time, and I need a ride there. Every time was freaking hard, and then to be turned away, it was ridiculous.

Over charged for my in-store purchase
I was overcharged on my in-store purchase tonight. Tried calling the store and no answer.
Once I got hope I do not have a receipt but reflects on my banking statement. I wasn't given the robe discount for 14.99
Please help me receive my money back.

Terrible attitudes/customer service
Greenwood Indiana, SR135 store. Want to sell me defective merchandise that doesn't operate as advertised on its package?
Think I'll ever do business there again? No way. Terrible attitudes. How do you stay in business?
Looks like poor management to hire people with such poor attitudes.
I'll shop your competition. Pitiful business.
