Cirillas - Customer service is always awful.

The store in my location always closes 15-20 min early on Tuesday, and the young woman that works the counter is very rude. So I always miss the 50% off dancer sale.

I have to walk. There is no bus system after 9 where I live. I got to my store 8 min before closing and all the lights were already off and the door was locked.

If youre open til midnight that means you lock the door at midnight and assist the customers in the store to check out.

Its not right. I dont have time prior to get here.

Besides a few min before closing.

But in customer service logic that should be enough time.

The few times I was able to get in just as she was trying to lock up, at checkout she did not give me my discount.

This has happened a multitude of times.

Please train your employees better. Its complete discrimination and I am left feeling harassed and judged, just by the way she speaks to me!

I dont know if she has something against me or what, but I cannot. Its the only store close to me within walking distance of an hour.

Sorry to ramble, but my frustration is very high and I am at my last nerve with this.

Yeah, it is wrong to close the store early, but how is it "discrimination?

Your claim of discrimination fails the litmus test on two fronts. Most importantly, arriving to a locked door of a se/x shop ten minutes prior to closing is not a federally protected class where discrimination can be claimed.

Second, if the door is locked then no one has access.

You also cannot be harassed and judged by a locked door. I have a feeling your faulty logic and attempt to paint yourself as a victim over something so ridiculous is why you are in the situation you are.

And may I add very incorrect and it was very uncomfortable.

So I spent a ton of money at your Plainfield Ave Grand Rapids store, and I bought an outfit for Valentine's, and it didn't fit. I was devastated.

I was in the area but didn't have the outfit with me, but I stopped anyway to ask about the policy. With tags and receipt, it wouldn't be an issue. I came back a few days later, and a new employee was working and was unable to do exchanges. I came back 3 more times, and the same thing happened!

Then the 30 days were up. Please allow me to exchange this outfit?! It's not my fault that you guys don't allow new employees to do refunds or exchanges.

I don't have a car at the time, and I need a ride there. Every time was freaking hard, and then to be turned away, it was ridiculous.

I was overcharged on my in-store purchase tonight. Tried calling the store and no answer.

Once I got hope I do not have a receipt but reflects on my banking statement. I wasn't given the robe discount for 14.99

Please help me receive my money back.
