Very nice product, but no answer no email and no WhatsApp very bad customer service.
I was very excited when I purchased the kit , but had an issue with the shipment back, I sent about 10 emails and no answer, what a shame .
If you consider taking a dna test look for a company with better service, not sure how to find out before buying, but this one is definitely not worth it .
