Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I don't remember the order of operations, but I remember calling the help line, getting a follow-up email, and then getting a refund a few weeks later.
Nothing has happened. Waiting to hear from the company about refund status.

Horrible customer service didn't have any cinnamon rolls ready told me that I couldn't build my own cinnamon roll an if I did they would have too charge me extra for each additional topping which is ridiculous too me when in fact in the past they let me build my own at every location ive ever attended...coupons or any type of discount in the future would be great also or a free cinnamon roll voucher for the inconvenience

I placed a order at cinnabon in Milpitas ca for a Friday delivery.
I have my order number.
I called the store and they were not sure if someone was picking up my order.
They said the Corp office receives my order and they schedule the order with some sort of company to pick up and deliver.
My request has not been confirmed to me.

- - Manager April refused to break a $50, saying they do not take bills over $20; the reviewer was told to get change at the pretzel stand and was forced to use a credit card.
I was at the vintage fair mall location. My total came to $42.
I only had cash $50. As I was school shopping with my grandchildren. They told me they didnt have change for a fifty dollar bill. So I said if I bought 1 only and had a Twenty it would be more change.
The manager April came over and said they do NOT take bills over $20, because they cant break a fifty, that makes no sense to me. She said the other register has a sign, nothing over a twenty, so I asked her if she would rather loose a sale then take my $50. She said yes, I dont have change for a $50. The change would have been less then $8.
She then told me I could get change at the pretzel stand, REALLY?
The register they called me to, did NOT have a sign about not taking large bills.
So not to disappoint my grandkids I was forced to use a credit card. That will be the last time I purchase from any of your locations!

The cinnamon rolls were hard and did not have the usual amount of icing and cinnamon sugar in the cinnamon rolls

They stole my shopping bag, pathetic staff at ambience Gurgaon

- - CCTV showed it stayed with staff and was returned after complaint.
The worst place ever. Their waiters will steal your bag until and unless youre sure you left it on their table and shout on them to return it back.
I had my MK belt kept on table and their waiter picked it while cleaning. I couldnt notice as i had so many bags. I shifted to another table with sofa seats and sat there. They didnt inform me for an hour later on I kept on looking for my bag everywhere asked Cinnabon people as well if they saw it.
After checking the cctv of last showroom I went to, i figured out it was with them and shouted at them to return. They then returned it back.
These stupid people have no ethics or values. Please be careful
