Hi I did email you last week not heard back it was about our experience at your Telford new leisure we was on route to Lake District after driving for 5 hours decided to stay over and take our grandchildren to see dungeons and dragons ,we spent £83 on family of four we was first of all told we couldnt go in as you was cleaning and would call us we waited 15 minutes no one came so we went into cinema after not finding our booked. Seats this is another 15 minutes my husband went outside to check to be told we had tickets for the Mario brothers then they couldnt exchange our tickets even tho the cinema was almost empty we would have to phone in all we wanted was a

exchange and they couldnt do that as there was £4.00 difference my husband told them keep the money just exchange what a load of palaver but the time they done it 30 minutes had gone by totally ruined the whole experience for us on a very expensive treat so missed the beginning left my husband wanting to walk out , I feel

Justified in asking you to replace the tickets after a very miserable experience to top it I hadnt personally been to the pictures in years I certainly wont be repeating that miserable experience regards j plant I have all tabs and receipts look forward to hearing from you Mrs plant

The no refund policy isn't fair they sell me the tickets but won't let me see the film then give me no money for my tickets

My son and I brought tickets to watch John wick but was refused entry our passports are been renewed. Been refused is fine but been told that my tickets are not been refunded but can change for another movie within 6 days we only want to watch that film and I don't know when our passports will be back

i received a £20 gift card for 2020/21 christmas gift but due to covid and me working frontline i was unable to use it at the time , then i forgot about my voucher , i am trying to book to see Top Gear at Weymouth Cineworld friday 27/05/22 @***.25 show for two adults but its not excepting my voucher, i thought with covid you could still honour voucher if it had expired kind regards Mrs Jacqueline Nott

I cannot book a National Theatre production on line.

I am trying to book 2 tickets for the 26th May for the National Theatre Straight Line Crazy showing at Basildon. I cannot access the booking on line and rang Customer Services and their recorded message says I have to book on line which is impossible. Please help me.
