Rip Off, Scam, Unprofessional. Do not buy this!

Cinebody, a fitment for iphone to install into a easy handeld casing converting it to easy use video camera was offered. Lumenati was the initial name. It was later changed. They are selling preorders for a future manufacturing of the product. I paid over $200 for item and accesories as it looked cool and seemed legit. The product was to be delivered over a year ago. I just recieved the item this year finally after repetative requests and its defective. I contacted customer service and was asked to send it in. I did and after calling and emailing finally got an answer and was promised a new one. Instead they sent back my old one. I contacted them again and was told send it back for a full refund. Well at this point they cant be trusted. I doubt I would get the $ and cant dispute the CC because it's been too long. I assume this is the scam! I asked for a supervisor and was told that request was sent but have never heard from anyone. DO NOT BUY this item. It's a Rip Off!
