I was seeing scream. My movie had just started.
I went to get me a cheesecake and my card was declined. I had put a certain amount on my card so I knew exactLy how much was on there. I went and check my app and I had Been charged twice I went to confront the manager and he came out off bucks bing satcastic!
I believe it was racism. I didnt get ti watch the movie and I want my money back that he took extra!

They took my money!
They charge me 180 for the stuff went and got the manager said they was taking the gratuity off and still charge me for it. I went to confront the people about it and the manager came out being sarcastic clapping his hands saying bravo bravo thanks for the performance this was my first experience and this is a mess!! Like all I wanted was to taste the cheesecake and couldnt even do that!!!

No help at all from customer setvice
VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE (WORTHLESS) DEPT. I wish to speak with a regional manager
In spite of numerous emails with Sam in cust service, my credit points AFTER HE SUPPOSEDLY ADDED TO MY PRE EXISTING NEVER INCREASED. I cant reach a regional mgr even after calling corp in Miami and asking Sam for a contact.

This place is no different now than other places
Me & my husband use to think this place was so special for us to go but not anymore! It took 1 hr for us to get food to us, the menu is horribly limited to charge such a high price and they still have the nerve to charge you a gratuity!! This place is no more special than a regular theatre that serves food!

Manager at cinebistro has no manners
Have been to cinebistro over 10 times and this last times the manager was the biggest *** ever. Walking in my hubby was a little loud approximately 45 minutes before movie started and manager was the biggest *** and came a repremanded us.
I was so imbarrassed. We are both professionals and I didn't agree with the way he treated us in front of everyone. So imbarressed I has to ask for a refund and walk out. Never going back again.
Worst experience ever.manager was a *** *** *** ***.

Cinebistro Dolphin Mall ***!!!!!!!
I bought a ticket for the sex and the city movie for today Wednesday at 1 am, so I arrived to the cinebistro at dolphin mall in Miami and the movie theater was closed. After 15 mins a lady came out saying that the movie was until Thursday , when I am showing her the tickets with the Wednesday date.
Another 10 persons there were complaining as well so a guy called Jorge Reyna came out and started shouting at us, basically saying that we were stupids. He treated us very unrespectful, what kind of costumer service is that?
Tickets and food are expensive at this movie theater and we all did an effort to be there. I won't recommend anyone going there, spend your money in other movie theater that really cares about costumers.
