Why do we have John Sadak calling the Reds games...
Why do we have John Sadak calling the Reds games on TV? All he does it tell us statistics all game long.
He talks about the history of opposing players clear down to their little league days or when their family played. Are we supposed to be that interested in the opposing team? He reminds us regularly of other games that we lost due to blunders. Never positive.
We need to hear about the game going on and not how fast a throw from the players are throwing the ball to first base. In caption he is terrible.
Sincerely a dedicated Reds fan. c.allen14@***.net Charlie Allen

Verified Reviewer |Problem with bobble head distribution
1. Thanks to Matt for allowing me to pick up my tickets because an old iOS will not support ballpark.com.
That was great!
2. Elli Delacruz bobblehead night. So many people didn’t get one, and we were told they were outside, none to be had!
Why weren’t they inside with a bobblehead per ticket, per person? Total mismanagement if they were outside and no limit to what people could take!
We were very disappointed, as were people around us who left empty-handed. I expected a better process than what it was.
- Better distribution process for giveaways
Preferred solution: 2 Elli De LaCruz bobble heads
User's recommendation: Go really early if you want a bobble head

Verified ReviewerComplaint about my experience at Saturday night game tickets
Showed My ticket to gate security to enter it was bobblehead night there were plenty left. My guess was late to arrive was told to step aside and wait for my guess I Then asked can I receive a bobble head was told no had to come in but my guess ticket would be void.
My understanding is if you're a ticket holder first come first serve a few minutes later my guess arrived now on more bobble heads. First time at the ballpark

Verified ReviewerFormer offer letter
I am trying to find an offer letter of my fathers for becoming a Cincinnati Red. It would have been back in the late 1960s.
Hoping someone can help or direct me to the right place or archives. Thank you!
Inappropriate service
I ordered a drink for my mother. She received a damaged bug light seltzer for $14.25, leaking from the cam.
I asked for a replacement, but they both was out. Therefore I asked for refund. So they had to call in a manager. The manager arrived but had to call in a second manager to get a refund.
Finally a manager showed and was very angry. She said she would find me a new drink. I simply asked for a refund instead, but she got very angry and told me I was being aggressive. She returned with a new drink, but by then we had missed the entire 11th inning and the end of the game.
I told her she acted inappropriate, but she Shaun a profanity and stormed off.
I asked for her manager and she refused. I asked the kids at the north for her name and they didnt know it.
I just moved back to the to Cincinnati area and this was my first game back. Ive never been treated like this, and to have that happen all for a single drink for my 82 year old mother in disappointing.
Please resolve. I do not find it unreasonable to expect an unopened can for $14,25.
I do not find it reasonable to expect basic customer service to replace to refund a damaged beverage purchased.
This significantly tarnished my return to the reds, and we will not be back without resolution.
FYI. This was at a booth outside section 426 where we had 6 tickets in row C.
- Love baseball
- Poor customer service too long time fan
