housing .no inspection property manager Robin Ligon ugh did no inspection no one lived here 2 years because of mice, roaches ,and sink backing up someone else dirty *** water ugh. mortified I want inspection they refused to do one why?

because the apt is a flood factor nasty ,old basement I'm here by force ..cintimha what the *** they do with all the funding? all these building falling apart .

I was not getting per diems when in hotel but the residents are getting per diems and we all live here ppl in hotels were moved back home and still receiving per diems weekly.they are not to receive per DIEMS as stated abuse. per DIEMS for travel food lodging not for your personal use in your apt.i filed complaint retaliation and discrimination.

I am currently a voucher holder and I haven't gotten any responses from my Housing specialist Christina Carbera about my recent requests for a voucher extension update.

I feel that living in cmha property in cinti, ohio has become very disatisfying. The neighbors throw garbage in other neighbors garbage cans when their cans are full.

No one cleans up garbage which leads to odors coming into your home..maintenance calls are a joke they never take care of things.. The waiting list for maintenance seems 6 months long they wont spray for bugs they dont paint after 4-5/years in an apt.., children are disrespectful with water hose and so forth. And dont let me start on the way cars can park on an no outlet turn around , where your car is blocked.. Neighbors have the rudest guest that also show a great deal of disrespect..

No one is ever in the office the days change from day to day.. Cmha use to be very nice to live in but now its just pay your rent and thats it..

Its shameful to have guest like your family members to come and spend time in a house that smell like outside trash , or outdoors where the neighbors trash is laying on the ground next to where you want to entertain.. TERRIBLE LIVING.

A neighbor that stay two doors down from me keeps making harmful threats toward my children saying that she is going to get them jumped I have filed two menceing police reports, and Cmha is a where of the problem but is not taking action, I stay in Puritas Garden where latonya Cromwell is the manager, charges are being filed, this is,a violation to Cmha lease , this lady provocts fights between children and harresses

I have filed two menacing police reports on neighbor who has threaten the safety and health of my children stating that she is going to get them jumped Cmha has not done anything about this issue charges are being filed , this is a violation to Cmha lease, this neighbor probated a fight between my two children and her daughter
