I have had so many problems with Cincinnati Bell Fioptics. Whatever you do, go with a different cable and internet provider. This company can't do anything right and refuses to fix their chronic problems of slow internet, internet that goes down, frequent outages, and cable channels that always freeze up. Their customer and tech support is all foreign and unhelpful. Ive had to go to the local Bell store to get new boxes on 3 different occasions.

I've had Fioptics (garbage) for four months now and have already had 3 technicians out who can't seem to fix the issues properly. That's pathetic. I was told the agreed upon amount did not include tax, late fees, the rental of odd items I've never heard of ext.. Fioptics is the absolute worst cable and internet service I have ever had. I use to have Directv and Time Warner Cable out here in Anderson Township and am sorry I ever got rid of them. Both of them were so much better. First of all, the cable channels are constantly freezing up, pixelating or jumping. Cincinnati Bell is a horrible company. They can't provide reliable and stable Internet or cable service. Then, they take away good channels like Ion, Big 10 Network and WGN America. Calling their customer service or tech support does no good. Not one of them speak good English and nothing ever gets resolved. Whatever you do, find a different provider-this service you get from Bell is horrible. .
