Vacation service

Put our internet and TV on vacation mode. Came home early and can't turn anything on because it isn't a business day. Have to go 2 days with no service. Can't even use my computer. POOR SERVICE!!!

Question for a representative

I got robbed of four grand day before Easter when I was out running errands by my brother Im trying to see if his device connected to my router at the time of the Robbery so I can prove that he was the culprit but when I go to my google home app and I try and see the specific date and times for when a certain device has been connected to my router it wont show me

Frustrating phone experience

Called service for an issue we have had three times in three weeks. Explained the process we went through and asked for a tech to come out. Was told have to follow process which we had already done. After 40 minutes we did the same process with same result and got a tech scheduled. It is just ridiculous to have to go through steps already done and be talked to condescendingly by Grant the whole time.

Phone not working

My phone isn't getting the right response. I dial a local number, without using a 1, and the system responds by telling me it is not necessary to dial a one, please hang up and dial again. It also doesn't seem to be dialing the number I actually dial.

I had intended to go to Cin.Bell at price quoted , when l got back to get services it had increased 20 dollars more l was disappointed but l will stay with spectrum cin.bell just didn't seem to really try to work some thing out , not sales person fault manager didn't want my business, l was disappointed ..thanks ..

Terrible customer service from Account Managers

I received TERRIBLE customer service from both Brandon Walker and Doug Laib! I believe both are classified as Account Managers. All I wanted to do was set up a virtual mobile phone number for my business. I spoke to Brandon Walker once and explained my situation. He didnt reply as promised. I called him numerous times and emailed him several more times. I eventually go one email message saying he could not provide international texting. I said that I was ok with that and I would still be interested in the service. I never heard back from him. I tried to call and email several more times to no avail. I then gave up on Mr. Walker and called customer service to see if I could get a different account manger to help me. I was told to contact Doug Laib. I explained what I wanted and he said he would get back to me in two days. I never heard from him again. I just figured I was going to get the same run around I got from Mr. Walker so I gave up and found what I needed Cincinnati from a different company. I certainly hope all your account managers are not this inept! This experience has given me a very bad taste in my mouth when it comes to dealing with Cincinnati Bell. I will remember this the next time I ever need phone, TV, or internet service in the future. I will also be happy to tell all my friends and family how bad your customer service is and how poorly you treat your potential customers!!!

CINCINNATI BELL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SUCK

On 10/6/21 I called Cincinnati Bell customer service to cancel a phone line on our account. 45 minutes later, I'm still on hold. The rep I dealt with is Casey ID 0614, she refused to connect me with her supervisor and just kept putting me on hold. What business professional has an hour to wait on hold to accomplish something? THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHAT A JOKE.

Called CinBell on Sunday and explained that channels 69 to 72 are frozen. Reply unplug the cable box and wait 3 minutes.

CinBell unplug cable box for 3 minutes. My answer "I do not have a cable box." We can send service person for $99. My Suggestion: My Reply, it is your cable, fix it on your end. Do not call CinBell on the weekend CinBell product is OK, but call local store, not main number
