What a joke! Customer service is a waste. Takes days to get anything accomplished and when you think you are about ready to find a solution, you realize you've been blatantly lied to. I will trash and continue to trash this company (of you want to even call it that.)

Cincinnati Bath Restoration Professionals, Inc. DO NOT HONOR CONTRACTS
BELOW IS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT I FILED. DO NOT HIRE CINCINNATI BATH RESTORATION PROFESSIONALS, INC. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS. I hired Cincinnati Bath Restoration Professionals, Inc. to reglaze the surface of my bathtub on December 28, 2012. I followed all directions provided in the contract regarding the care and upkeep of the bathtub after the contractor performed the reglazing work. The contract specified that the bathtub was not to be used for (48) hours to allow the surface to thoroughly dry. The bathtub remained unused for (72) hours. The contract specified that the drain and all edges of the reglazed fixture be re-caulked using siliconized latex caulk after allowing the surface to dry. I re-caulked the drain and all edges of the reglazed surface after the (48) hour waiting period and allowed the surface to dry for another (24) hours before my family resumed regular use of the bathtub. My contract clearly states that I have a SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF THE CONTRACT. The contract also states that the CONTRACTOR WARRANTS THAT THE WORK SHALL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR PRODUCT FAILURE FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE FOR THE PERIOD SPECIFIED. The contract also states that COVERED WARRANTY ITEMS INCLUDE YELLOWING, CRACKING, PEELING, FLAKING AND BUBBLING. The warranty also clearly states that if any of these issues occur to contact CBRP, Inc. before the end of the warranty period to establish warranty coverage. Within seven months of hiring Cincinnati Bath Restoration to reglaze my tub it started to CRACK, PEEL, FLAKE AND BUBBLE. My wife contacted the company and left a detailed voicemail of the issues we were having with our tub on August 20, 2013. After a week I contacted the company again and was then told to take pictures of the bathtub and email the pictures to tubpro.cincytubpro.com. My wife emailed the photos yesterday, August 27, 2013. I received a phone call from the contractor today, August 28, 2013, stating that the defects in the reglazing was due to my negligence and not negligence in the workmanship of the contractor and that Cincinnati Bath Restoration Professionals, Inc. would not honor their warranty.
