I paid off my car on March 11, 2024 but they have not updated credit reporting and is still showing the balance. This is directly impacting my ability to obtain a new line of credit due to it impacting my DTI ratio. This is a clear violation of the FCRA and they should be liable for any increased interest rate or unfavorable terms I receive as a result of this inaction.

This company is very poor on customer services

I try to have a statement for my bills, I don't agree to paid $10 more for using online services. But they don't send any statement for my bill, i copy an old one and send a check .Try to call them nobody to answer phone. Try to go back online looks like i don't exist .I don't know what to do to see what's left to be paid...
