Suing for trespassing
I live at 190 Nonquon rd in Oshawa. Telecon is installing bell lines and blocking my car into my PAID TENANT PARKING.
I will be vandalizing the next telecon truck to *** block me in. got it?

Verified Reviewer |Wifi stopped working
My internet stopped working monday and I called many times for them to get it fixed. Still, the wifi was still terrible.
Furthermore, they even sent a technician.
The wifi worked for an hour and then it went back to not working. Now theyre trying to make us buy another package that is more expensive for their mistake.

Affordable plans and reliable services
I have been CIK for over 4 years. Overall, their pricing is affordable and my service is reliable. The only thing I want to mention is that their fibre internet is not in my area.

Pissed off ex. client - fullfilling my promise to their billing dept
Despite their slogan, they don't care about their customers. They can leave you without internet for days.
You have to call them 100 times, they can put you on hold for an hour in hope you go away. Their support is hardly talking English and incompetent. They don't track what they sold to you and when you are cancelling with them - selling you that device again. Their billing department cannot find paid invoice with the proof of sale, you have to find it yourself.
When you send them their device, pay for the shipping and provide them with the tracking number, in a week you will be charged for that device anyway (even if you prove that it is delivered) and will not get any refund or response! Avoid them at all cost!

Cannot get through to cancel
right now I'm just trying to cancel after 11 months of shaky service, but with all their categories, they fail to give a straitforward method !!...ironic for a telecom company!!
Liars and Thieves
I finished my service and sent the device back, but Ciktel is falsely claiming that I have another device which I have never possessed and referring me to collections.
I would never use this service, they are liars and thieves.

Bad quality, bad customer service and hidden fees
We were persuaded by my roommate's brother to sign with CIK Telecom and we did. The first year, the WiFi was lousy, but not awful.
When we had to move after a year, I called to sign out of the contract since and we were informed it would cost us over a hundred $ if we cancel before July 2019, so we simply moved. We did pay moving fees and the man came to install our WiFi 20 days after we moved.
This year, the WiFi had been in and out in the front of the apartment (we have a very small apartment, maybe 8m x 3m). We called maybe once in three months the customer service when it bugged for several hours and it can take an hour before talking to someone. The waiting music is very out of tone and it is one song that repeat itself.
This month, we called them to cancel our contract in July and we've been informed we can't cancel it before July 21th and we have to pay the extra 21 days even if they are caused by the fact their employee came late in July to install it in the new apartment and that we move out on July 1st.
Moreover, since we called to cancel, the WiFi quality has been even worse. It bugs now daily.
