Im really disappointed with my experience ordering from Cider. I returned some items and was told to keep them instead of sending them back, which was fine but they still continued to charge me through Afterpay.
Ive contacted customer service multiple times, and I either get no response or no real help. Its frustrating and feels like theyre ignoring the issue.
I expected better communication and accountability from a company that claims to care about its customers. Be careful if youre thinking about ordering from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CIDER.
The quality is cheap. I ordered a corset and the dress I was wearing it with got ruined - the black color transfered and now the dress has stains. They refuse to compensate me for the dress because I did not order it from them.
They do not care about their customers and the behaviour is so disrespectful it's unbelievable.
