Update: She told me that "it's not that dark" and "it will fade" It took 4 weeks for that color to go away. I ever used oils and scrubs and this lemon mixture she told me about to remove it.

It didn't work. It only made my face burn. Because of contracting covid I had to post pine my wedding so I got lucky to not have to walk down the aisle with those brows The shape was good. But they were almost blocked in.

It didn't have a good fade. And it was 5 whole shades darker than my hair color. I sat up and looked and was honestly kind of scared and wanted to immediately ask if this was the final result. And when the woman responded with a questionable yes I immediately regretted getting it done.

I know mistakes happen. Blacking it in is one thing. But that much darker? I would have been good with 2 shades darker but it was a little wild to say at the least, for me.

I was really kind about it which I can say I'm surprised because I'm not one to handle news very well especially because I'm autistic and feel the need to have things perfect all the time. I feel like I calmy told her I cannot pay for the service. I said I would pay for my lashes because they were great but I cannot allowyself to pay for the brow job as it wasn't at all what it could have been. She started to say it was my fault because I didn't tell her I wanted it to match my hair color?

Or be close to it? I'll never quite understand her logic. I cried silently and said that I didn't want to cause any issues and that I was gunna leave. When I left the store my husband was waiting for me and when I saw him I started balling because I was so nervous for our big day and there were so many things going on that I just felt very overwhelmed and overstimulated.

We started walking to the car and I got a call and I answered it and it was the owner. She didn't say "hello, how are you? I heard you had a bad experience" no she said " how dare you come into my store and threaten my employee. She feels so scared that she needs to call the police right now?" She called me insane among all the other inappropriate responses.

I lost my temper st that point as I am human. And I made sure she wasn't going to bully me. She then denied refunding my for a whole day to 2 days until she finally decided to watch the video recording and realized she was wrong.

I don't really care for apology to much because it should have been the first this she did before betraying a customer with her hurtful words. I could have thought about letting them make it up but after everything I was done with that place and I will never go back.

I went in to get my brows tinted. I'm a level 9 blonde, and they gave me a level 4 to 2 dark brown to black brows.

This is right before my wedding. I was nice about it and told them I would contact styleseat whom I booked them through to get a refund. It's really hard to get ahold of styleseat and the manager called me with an attitude about how I scared her employee for her life?? And that she is about to call them police because I left crying??

Said I was playing a victim and must always do this. Worst customer service iv ever experienced. Most insensitive people iv ever met. She later called me trying to be a kiss up and then said she would like to help me remove them and give me a refund.

I could come into get them removed because I found out I was exposed to covid.

And she said I'm declining to come in, and she had a no refund policy now. I had to pay 350 for these *** ugly *** brows.

Complete Liar- reminding you that you were issued a full refund for services that you didn’t complain about!!! Victoria was never paid for the service. No need to suck up.

This was posted before you decided to give me a refund which I still had to fight for. No need to try and back yourself up.

Your customer services was super unprofessional. You called me yelling at me saying that I scared your employee.

Then looked at your security cameras and realized she was lying to cover her *** I don't need your respect. I'm just making sure the people know the truth so they don't get screwed over as well.
