they changed the Sensitive skin detergent. new ingred.

RASH on lower back. changed detergents. called, they promised $39 refund on 3 large bottles, sent $13. I wrote again.

no reply. New ingred is listed as a skin irritant online research.

When i first called, they gave me the 3rd degree with 45 min of questions, quite nasty actually. Learning Church and Dwight brands so i can avoid them.

Toppick hair building fibre fail

The applicator, essential to applying the product does not work. Complained, got another sent, it does not work either.

This is a faulty product, it is no good. Try another brand but avoid Toppik, it is a waste of time and money

Preferred solution: As product is not fit for the purpose, faulty, removed from market, full refund, compensation for time lost, and apology

I’ve been using Arm and Hammer products for my whole adult life. Recently I used your scent booster and it ruined approx $1400 in sheets, rugs, towels and some clothing.

I sent pictures 4 times gave the names of the stores where my stuff was bought and still it’s like Church and Dwight is making an *** out of me? I struggle to buy nice things since I have had to retire because I was diagnosed with MS with secondary Parkinson’s disease and now all my stuff is ruined and your company doesn’t care!

Fountain Pump Review Revisited

This happened over five years ago, and I am amazed people are still commenting about it. From the responses I read, it does seem that this poor treatment was out of character for this business.

However, I can assure you that this, unfortunately, really did happen. If the owners had reviewed their computer sales/returns for that day, I am certain they would find this transaction. I am not in the habit of randomly slamming a business for kicks! I am further annoyed that they feel this could be total fabrication.

In fact, I am a positive person with mostly positive interactions. This particularly dismal experience was so alarming/shocking, I most certainly felt the need to let others know what transpired. The owners were not on the premises. I know this because the salesman called the owner on the phone and she spoke with me.

If they had overheard what happened like the one other customer in the store (who left immediately), I am sure (would have hoped) they would have dealt with this neanderthal of an employee, pronto! I understand that even the best small businesses and restaurants have "off days" and/or ill-equipped employees that can ruin their reputations and I feel this is probably what happened to me.

Rebate oxyclean

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Rebate sticker for oxyclean laundry detergent was attached to 116 fl oz bottle of oxyclean. I purchased and sent in for rebate.

I received postcard stating I had bought the incorrect size bottle and so I would not be eligible for the rebate. rebate was apparently for the smaller size.

when I spoke to the rep, and explained the rebate sticker was attached to the bottle I bought, I was told basically "too bad, it is only for the *** ( smaller ) size," I do not recall the exact size I was told the rebate was for. I think this is a very deceptive practice to entice the buyer to buy and the sticker should not have been on the bottle the rebate was not indicated for!

Assume the company will try to deny your rebate from the start; always read the fine print, send the correct stuff required for the rebate, and make copies of everything before you submit your claim. Most people don't think it is worth the time on a followup call to customer service when they get rejected in error or forget about their rebates so don't think anything of a missing check--fine to be that way if you are making over $60 an hour at your job; I'm not earning anywhere near that, so it's worth the time to me to get what I am entitled to as that's usually what it breaks down in hourly pay to sit on the phone a few minutes or compose a polite email to rectify the situation.
