Mix up with unwanted parcel
None at the mI returned an unwanted silver Reed electronic typewriter to Amazon where I purchased it from in September last year 2023 having previously spoken to a gentleman at Silver Reed at Chums and tried to return it to them.
Was advised as Id bought from Amazon i had return it to Amazon which I did and Amazon refunded me my £405.40 in October.
Today 11 January 2024 this typewriter has been delivered to me with paperwork inside the rather battered box now which states I must return to seller, you, Chums.
I am nearly 80 years old and cannot drive so this is extremely awkward and difficult for me to do.
Would you Chums please arrange collection of this item. There is no money or charges involved as I already paid for all that for previously returning the item to Amazon as advised to do so,
Please contact me asap.
