Dependable oil in Billerica came to deliver oil today..I am just about out, home sick and my husband who is critical they plan to transition him home Monday on hospice ..all of which I explained to the man taking calls they told me after 12 years of service "they just bought the business from Chuck Roberto who I loved ..but then this guy told me to go buy a pipe extension and they couldn't come back for a week. They've been coming here the last three times after they bought the business and the last time they told me the truck they sent didn't have an extension with him. So why did they send a truck back last time and not today when it's CRITICAL. Lousy customer service and I'll never ever use them again! NO HEART and NO DEDICATION to a twelve year customer for shame!!!
