Reclining chair not working

My electric stressless chair is not working. The remote control just flashes and does nothing. The chair was delivered on the 16 June 2022 The electric lead has fallen out of its connection several times I have days before Xmas and no seating !! You really should consider replacing it It is a very very expensive mistake on my behalf and I regret its purchase.
