I have to admit as soon as i purchased my voucher i did a quick google check on christopher hanna hair salons and only found horrible reviews on it.
I had my hair foiled and then a keratin treatment.
Both were the most terrible things I have ever done in my life. The foils were a fluro yellow colour (was supposed to be clean blonde) and the keratin treatment did nothing, it burnt my hair and made it extremely frizzy.
I demanded a refund rightaway and the staff were no help saying it takes a few days for a keratin treatment to set.
Who are they kidding?? and my hair was yellow due to the lighting of the salon, this was there excuse.
Another client who saw my hair got up off her chair and just walked out.
Im now confined to a wig thanks to christopher hanna platinum hair salon.
I dont care about the money,I just wanted nice hair and they ripped me off.
Avoid this place, I have told everyone I know to never go here and they lack skills and customer service.
