Wrong address was in the shipping label. Screen disappeared before I could stop it and correct the shipping address.
This is the second time this had happened to me so I was checking to be sure.
The right address was in the shipping section and was unable to stop the order from going through. I am now unable to contact anybody at Christopher Banks, either by phone, which was given to me by my credit card company, or by email.

I placed an order about an hour ago, and just before the whole thing disappeared. I noted that there was a completely different address on the shipping label.
My address was on the chart billing label. This happened to me before this summer with the same name on the shipping label. I can't figure out what the problem is, but my credit card is being charged, and I am not getting my order. Also, I was on the phone for more than 30 minutes with no action on the Christopher Banks line except a frigging song.
There must be something wrong with your phone number that you have stated and that I got from my credit card company. I have to figure out how to get this sent.

Cancel order 16652**** it was placed on Sunday and I couldn't cont act anymore to cancel it... because customer service is closed on Sunday at cj banks company.

- - Credit only, no refund; customer service didn't resolve it; no manager called.
They sent me someone else's order. They asked that I return it, pay postage (yes!) and that I'd get reimbursed.
Well, that wasn't true. They would only give me credit towards a future purchase. I could get nowhere with Customer Service. I asked that a manager call me.
No one called, and repeat calls got me nowhere.
I will never shop with them again. I was a long loyal customer.

I purchased cardigan sweater, not realizing that I had purchased same sweater last spring. I bought the second one in Fort Wayne at the store.
When I discovered that I had two sweaters, I called and found out that the policy is 30 days.
I am just over that amount of time. I dont need a refund , just a store credit.

I ordered clearance items, but one item was billed at the original price. Customer service was not able to help.

I had noticed that the Christopher had charged me half of the cost of my booking. It was not stated clearly anywhere that they were going to do this.
They also charged me two $25 cancellation fees where it says free cancellation. This situation has become very problematic. It made the check for my wedding reception bounce and I was charged a $37 overdraft fee from my bank and I will more than likely be charged from the place of my reception as well.
I am STILL waiting for the two $25 cancellation fee refunds. They have refunded the larger amount but still not the cancellation fees they said that were supposed to be free.

They do not honor their own coupons

I just went into Christopher and bank and tried to use this coupon. Was told “corporate” just Decided not to honor this coupon.
They have just lost me as a customer!!! More than half my wardrobe has C&B labels.
Also is that the type of shoddy store River Town Mall has as a renter!!! Shame on you all!!
Is B& C following the failed tactics of Sears!!!
