Received $1300 tree sale price. Top part damaged was unable to unpack extremely heavy tree -immediately , due to illness then surgery Found top part broken customer service offered to just send top - which was not availAble and they didn’t know when it would be.
Now they want me to repackage entire heavy, difficult to manage tree to return to them. Asked for refund. Was refused because it was 2.5 weeks past the 30 day return policy.
Very SAD and bad business. I’d never recommend or buy any product from them EVER

7 days prior to Christmas, our 1 year old Frontgate Christmas tree failed to light. Keep in mind this tree cost us over $1,000 and had a 3 year guaranteed to light warranty. We immediately called as we could tell it was some thing related to a fuse (which could not be re...

I'm writing this review today, January 22, 2019. In December 2015, I purchased a pre-lit Christmas tree from Balsam Hill. The on sale purchase price was $499.00. It was pricey, but based on the reputation of Balsam Hill, I felt the investment was worth it, to assist my...
Balsam Hill - Worst quality and customer service ever

Worst Christmas trees on the face of the planet. I will never give this company one more dollar of my money. Easy Plug Christmas tree cost several hundred dollars and failed after 3 years. Company has a very short warranty on lighting, and I've had Christmas trees that cost 10 percent of what I paid last 10 years. And at least if one of them didn't they didn't cost me much money. I spoke with a supervisor, and she was fully aware how low customer satisfaction is with the company's products. They just don't care, nor do they EVER respond to customer complaints on Yelp, BBB or other review sites. For the price this company should stand behind its merchandise, and it doesn't. Be warned, shop elsewhere.

My tree had a row of light on "A" section approximately 15"-20" FROM THE TOP. 5" gap in lights went out after the tree was decorated.
While examining the tree after I took it down, I found a connecting green box. Is this a fuse box? Also could 1 bulb cause this problem?
Try to troubleshoot before I start tearing into it for next year. Any help or ideas would be welcome.

I purchased the Martha Stewart 7.5 ft pre lit Christmas tree from Home Depot 2 years ago and paid nearly $500. The lights at the top half of the tree aren't working and HD states I must reach out to Martha Stewart customer care.
I am really upset that I paid this amount of money and now my tree looks horrible. I would like to be contacted and have you resolved this issue.

I ordered a six foot garland with lights on sale December 30. Nothing appeared on their website nor in the company's confirmation email about my order to make me think that the item was out of stock. But on January 5, lo and behold, my order is canceled. And this I...

We purchased a pre-lit 7.5 foot Christmas tree from a major warehouse club in November of 2017. The tree was manufactured by Polygroup. Documentation with the tree stated that it carried a 3 year warranty. This year, lights began failing as soon as we put the tree up. O...
