Cannot get anybody to answer the toll free number I want to send back the Christina cosmetics I want to cancel my subscription I don't want the product period!!!am very very aggravated with your nonexistent customer service please refund me my hard earned money I am sending back the cosmetics very unprofessional company

Order not wanted, I want to cancel

I never signed up for an automatic payment plan , I just wanted to try it now you keep taking money off my card and I've never received a second order!!! Now I can't talk to anyone to get money back So just Cancel it al together please and Thank you!!!!

Trying to cancel my membership. Website takes you in circles, phone does not answer to let you cancel. Very frustrating. Even if I wanted to order more products later, I will not because of the bad customer service.

It was difficult to cancel out of the membership at first

Their website offered customer service but I could use that engine to cancel my membership. When I finally did, I expected a confirmation but never got one so I wasn't sure my cancellation went through. I'm sure COVID keeps things from being as efficient as they should be at this point.

My 80 year old mother in law ordered this and didn't not understand that it would be a reoccurring charge. I'm not sure how we can cancel it completely as I can not get anyone on the phone. She does not go out or wear make up. Christina Cosmetics should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off an old woman who only has social security to live on. Almost fifty dollars she has been charged for months. She has no ideal how to use a computer. If you can call and order you should be able to call and cancel orders. I would appreciate at response back.

Received a 2nd order of the useless makeup. This time concealer was dried out. Never read fine print that when you place an order you are automatically signed up for auto ship. Called customer service and there was no answer and no choice with online system to cancel subscription same with website. Sent email informing them that the email served as my cancelation notice. Told them if I received any more I would contact my credit card company and have them put stop payment and have them investigated. All I did was get an auto email stating they were very busy and would respond in 1 to 3 business days. I decided to call my CC company and report my card stolen and have a them issue new one with new numbers. It was so worth doing that instead of putting my faith into Christina Cosmetics that they would do the right thing. Lesson learned, never ever by from a company that advertises on TV, Facebook, etc unless the name is reputable!

This is the worst product I have ever used. I think this product is meant for anyone in their 20's, one you have applied the powder etc... it looks like the pancake make up from back in the 50's and 60's! I was horrified and returned it immediately!!!!
