Not filling my medication with Christiansburg pain center pain office
- Pain center won't accept scripts; refills elsewhere.
- Pre-authorization delays and slow responses.
- Pharmacist vs doctor on docusate and stool softener.
The elder gentleman said they were not accepting scripts from the pain center no more I would need to get them filled elsewhere!when I asked why, he could not disclose the answer so, I called my insurance, and he said that often it is the doctors do not respond in a timely manner on the pre authorizations That sounds right ! The doctors there and others are slow!I have had to call the pain center on many occasions!
I really should revue them but ,that day would be I quit them and go on MJ instead!
What about the medications I have had talks about ,the pharmacists said that docusate sodium and the stool softener are the same thing and according to my doctor they are not! I was taking both, and I got my way before but, I let the pharmacist win this time with one medicine (stool softener) The,who's right ,the doctor or the pharmacist ?

Verified ReviewerI called in 3 prescriptions ,2 were needing new scripts & were to be delivered yeseterday and they did noot see were it had been done and they woould call the doctor today! I
- They are a small company and my insurance does not cover them.
- They file lower-dose diclofenac gel, not the updated version.
I have noticed that they tend to fill a cheaper brand of inhaler that does not work as well and will make sure the lower doses of diclofenac gel gets filed and not the latter updated version of medicine and never did they fill expensive meds in the past They are a small company and my insurance does not cover them!

- Pharmacy would not fill Librax to save money.
- Brand codes vary; a cheaper ProAir was sent, and I became sicker.
Christiansburg's pharmacy told my insurance they could not fill my librax with them because they would be loosing money! I knew that was the reason!
I know now why Walgreens told a lie, telling me it had moved up another level! The codes change for different brands or something like that! They sent off for a cheaper pro air inhaler and I became sicker before I had to do a pap machine device and a monitor and heart doc. said that I got to wear a pap device and I know from what they told me, I do not wear that at least 4 hours a night, my insurance will not pay for that equipment!
I am stuck with it! They sent off for a cheaper diclofenac gel too, It doesn't help with nerve pain! Kroger will do my medication ! Va.
premier agent says she don't know why, they send them a check! Do they send the full amount or is it just me, they do not want my business?

UPDATE! I got to call more than twice to get this filled and wait !
It was written 4x a day in past and was corrected and still ,they fill the 2 x a day and keep on doing it over and over again! It is their way of having control over what they will fill not what the doctor had written the script amount!
Why can't they have my important meds on auto fill! I keep having to call them in and I get them over a day late ,sometimes a week late and they fil the ones I do not order!

If you look under the drug name on both bottles, both say “generic for copacetic”. They are in fact both the same medication.
Sorry , generic for Colace.
