Profile deleted & pictures rejected
I received a ticket number for the 3rd time 7869****.Request a refund $155.88.
Then the next day March 10th I went to look at the pictures and my profile was deleted.
I contacted the Customer Service and was told I needed to pay $1. I had purchased a year subscription and it is your job to provide free customer service. I do not want to give out my credit card info. Also sent an email and received to reference tickets

Resolved: Unresolved problem to login.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The problem was caused by my errors in registering. I opened a different membership, and they refunded the first membership.
I reset my password but it doesn't work. Something is wrong with your captcha because I have tried and tried to get it right for sending a code to reset my password again.
I need to login as soon as possible, but am about to think it is impossible. I was talking to Flutie214 Thursday but could not log in on Friday nor today. I need to contact Flutie214.
If you can't get me logged in, then please send me contact information for her. I am sure she thinks I have abandoned her by now. If you won't give me her contact information or real name, then get me logged in PLEASE!!! You could at least let her know I am blocked out of the website and give her my contact information.
We were scheduling a date but your website doesn't want us giving outside contact information, so we didn't. I have to depend on you.

What more details, as I stated I have tried to log on with the proper username and password and i check the "I am human" box it then takes me to multipool screens asking me to click on various items which I do then it tells me "Verification failed". I seems like your system is set up to aggravate your members, I have much less trouble Loging into my bank!
Please acknowledge My request to cancel my membership and do not charge my credit card. I feel I have been ripped off paying for a service I cannot use!

This is a complete scam...they want to charge you for talking to a tech about an issue. They let you address the issue, then tell you to fill out the form with your payment info.

I cannot speak to a person
I will NEVER use another dating site. Far too many scammers and Christian Mingles does nothing to help with important issues. I want to change my subscription, but cant do so w/o getting charged $46 a month.
